Whilst I am very passionate about coaching people to reach their goals and aspirations, I am especially very passionate about helping those who are looking forward to quit smoking. Whether you are just starting out to quit, have been smoking for a while or whether you are an occasional smoker. No matter what kind smoker you are, coaching can help you quit and live a healthy lifestyle.

You might ask WHY ? You may be finding it hard it to stick to quitting – it feels very frustrating when you are not getting the results that you want, doesn’t it? I’ll bet that it’s so frustrating at times that you just want to walk away and say … this is not for me!
Coaching is not teaching – coaching is helping you to stick to your plan, do the actions that you say you are going to do and following through with them. MY coaching for you is about discipline, being accountable to carrying out the action plans that we set during our sessions, so that YOU continue to quit and never return to your smoking habits.

1. Every week YOU will set a goal that you want to reach in relation to quitting smoking.

2. Together we will ensure that you have an action plan every week with easy actionable steps to take;

3. I will make sure that you are accountable for the actions that you set up in your plan for the week;

4. You will also receive follow up emails and skype support as well.
